Form 1 Submission Instructions
Please be advised that any Applications or Clains for Registration as an Elector received after 7:30 p.m. AST (UTC -4:00) January 4th, 2022 will not be reflected on the Final Register of Electors for the 2022 Elections.

Below are some options on how to submit your Form 1-Application or Claims for Registration as an Elector.
1. The Form 1 can be submitted via email by either:
i. Printing the form and completing it, followed by sending a scanned or a clear photographic copy to our firstname.lastname@example.org email.
ii. Filling the form out online and signing digitally, followed by sending completed form to our email@example.com email.
2. Submitting the completed form to the department.
i. Printing the blank form (found online), completing the form, and submitting it to the enquires desk, Electoral and Boundaries Commission, 1st Floor, Warrens Tower II, St. Michael.
